Where does Sacred Art by Tianna Williams ship to?
I ship to anywhere in Canada and the USA. Quotes are available for international shipping (see below).
International Shipping
All international orders require a shipping quote. Please contact me for shipping options and prices. Once we have agreed on your preferred shipping option, I will send an invoice to the email of your choice, which can be paid by credit card, PayPal, or eTransfer. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Please note that international shipping can be extremely expensive. The quotes that I provide will only cover the cost of shipping that is available to me. If you cannot afford the shipping options that I suggest, we can discuss other printing options.
I may not be able to ship to all international locations. If I am not able to ship to your address, we can discuss other printing options.
Shipping Providers
Most shipping takes place through Canada Post. Journals and bulk orders may also be shipped directly from the supplier and may use FedEx, USPS, or others.
Tracking Numbers
Small prints, bookmarks, and journals shipped using standard mail do not include a tracking number. Large prints, bulk orders, and expedited mail may include a tracking number.
You will receive a notice of shipment at the time that your order is prepared for shipping. The tracking number will be included in that email if there is one. If there is no tracking number available, it will be noted in that email.

Production Times
Most orders are prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause shipping to be delayed. Please allow extra production time during peak shopping seasons, for large or bulk orders, and for journals.
Local Pickup
I am located in Bruno, Saskatchewan. Just order online, choose the ‘Local Pickup’ option in the shipping page during checkout, and I will contact you to make the arrangements to pick up your package when it is ready.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Please note that the shipping times on this website are estimates and are NOT guarantees. Please allow extra shipping time to remote locations and during peak shopping seasons.
If your order has not arrived after five (5) weeks from the day it was shipped, please contact me and I can refund or replace your item(s). This applies to both Standard and Expedited shipping.
Please note: If the shipping method included a tracking number, I will not refund/replace orders that have confirmed delivery.
Faster Shipping
Expedited mail should arrive in approximately 2-5 business days within Canada and 3-8 business days to the USA. Just choose “Expedited” in the shipping section of the checkout process. Please note that these shipping times are estimates and are NOT guarantees.
Normal production times still apply. Shipping estimates are from the day I ship your package.
If you need your package sooner, please contact me to inquire about faster shipping options.
Damaged Shipments
All orders are packaged with cardboard or bubble mailers and should arrive in perfect condition. However, if your item is damaged in transit, please contact me with photo evidence of the damage and I will be happy to refund or replace the item(s).
Changing or cancelling orders
If you would like to change or cancel an order or combine separate orders, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order and I will be happy to accommodate as best I can. However, I am unable to change or cancel your order once it has shipped.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, I will provide a full refund if:
1) the item(s) were damaged in transit and you can provide photo evidence or
2) you return the unwanted item(s) to me undamaged and in the original packaging. You are responsible for paying return postage. Damaged items will be forfeit.
