The Most Chaste Heart of St. Joseph reveals that chastity is not mere restraint, but a burning love tenderly guarded and faithfully lived out. 

Joseph, entrusted with Mary and Jesus, received them with reverence and protected them with a quiet strength. Scripture describes him simply as a “just man”, for his heart was wholly ordered toward God. In him we see that a chaste heart is not closed, but free: free to hold without possessing, to give without counting the cost, remaining faithful even in what is hidden.
