Where does Sacred Art by Tianna Williams ship to?

I ship to almost anywhere in the world. If you do not see your country at checkout, please contact me.

Please note that some products (such as the Ascension Series) are only available for purchase in Canada. If the add to cart button is disabled, you are not within the eligible area for that product. You should see a link in the description for alternative purchase options.

Shipping Providers

Shipping is available through Canada Post and Purolator. Journals and bulk orders may also be shipped directly from the supplier and may use FedEx, USPS, or others.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the buyer.

These fees are determined by local customs authorities and carriers and may be charged upon delivery. I recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential charges before placing an order.

Tracking Numbers

Prints that are shipped via Letter Mail do not have tracking numbers. All other shipping options come with a tracking number.

You will receive a notice of shipment at the time that your order is prepared for shipping. The tracking number will be included in that email if there is one. If there is no tracking number available, it will be noted in that email.

Production Times

Most orders are prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause shipping to be delayed. Please allow extra production time during peak shopping seasons, for large or bulk orders.

Orders fulfilled directly by suppliers may have longer processing times. You will be notified if your order will take longer than expected to ship.

Local Pickup

I am located in Bruno, Saskatchewan. Simply place your order online, choose the ‘Pick up’ option in the shipping page during checkout, and I will contact you to make the arrangements to pick up your package when it is ready.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Please note that the shipping times on this website are estimates and are NOT guarantees. Please allow extra shipping time to remote locations and during peak shopping seasons.

If your order has not arrived within 5 weeks (35 days) of the shipping date, please contact me so that I can investigate and, if necessary, refund or replace your order.

Please note: If the shipping method included a tracking number, I will not refund/replace orders that have confirmed delivery.

Returned to Sender

If your order is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or because it was not claimed from a pickup location in time, I will contact you once it arrives back.

You may choose one of the following options:

Reshipment: I can resend the package once you have confirmed the correct address and paid for a new shipping label.

Refund: I can refund the cost of the items (excluding the original shipping fee) once the order has been safely returned to me in its original condition.

If the error was on my end (for example, the address was printed incorrectly despite being entered correctly at checkout), I will cover the cost of reshipping your order.

Please double-check your address carefully at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.

Faster Shipping

If you need your package sooner, please contact me to inquire about faster shipping options.

Damaged Shipments

All orders are packaged with cardboard or bubble mailers and should arrive in perfect condition. However, if your item is damaged in transit, please contact me with photo evidence of the damage and I will be happy to refund or replace the item(s) or provide store credit.

Changing or cancelling orders

If you would like to change or cancel an order or combine separate orders, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order and I will be happy to accommodate as best I can. However, I am unable to change or cancel your order once it has shipped.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 90 days of placing your order. After 90 days, I’m unable to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange.

If you are not satisfied with your order, I will provide a full refund if:

1) the item(s) were damaged in transit and you can provide photo evidence or
2) you return the unwanted item(s) to me undamaged and in its original packaging. You are responsible for paying return postage. I recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item. Damaged or lost items will be forfeit.
