Commissioned by Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.

Mary wears the rich royal colours of a queen and is tended by her ladies-in-waiting, the angels. Her veil is exceedingly long, symbolic of her mantle of protection. 

In the background, an angel carries a blue veil, signifying a wardrobe change for her to appear in an apparition on earth.

Her spouse, the Holy Spirit, hovers above her.
